We currently have an opportunity for a Pricing Manager.


Responsible for the management, administration and execution of all pricing activities that yield revenue growth and increased margin.  Integrate a proactive approach to rate management and develop reporting that effectively communicates the rates and status of all accounts on a frequent and regular basis.  


  • Create and maintain pricing models that consider all pertinent information including costs, competitive market data and industry trends in order to positively influence pricing decisions
  • Create a consistent contract format that can be applied to all customers and uniformly followed by different stakeholders
  • Lead all new business and business renewal pricing actions to ensure maximization of revenue streams and increased profitability
  • Create a pricing review process that ensures all contracts are reviewed regularly and at the frequency that is tailored to the characteristics of the customer
  • Perform financial impact analysis to model and track pricing actions and effectiveness
  • Analyze sales and equipment utilization to provide rating perspectives for new business
  • Develop reporting that can be accessed easily to show the history of rates by customer as well as the financial impact of those rates
  • Work closely with operations management and administrative teams to ensure that all rates are communicated timely throughout the organization


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in transportation/logistics pricing
  • Must have good interpersonal and relationship management skills and demonstrate cooperation and teamwork
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to decipher all cost elements in complex RFP's
  • Able to present information in a professional, concise and organized manner for intended parties
  • AS400 Experience a plus
  • Data query skills a plus
