We currently have an opportunity for an IT Director.


This position is responsible for enhancing the business through the oversight of all hardware, systems, internal reporting and project management.


  • Responsible for the maintenance of all hardware and software at all facilities
  • Inventory all hardware and software currently used and assess short- and long-term needs


  • Responsible for the security of system assets and company data

Projects/Process Improvement

  • Serve as a project lead for strategic business initiatives, ensuring that all departments are involved
  • Thoroughly analyze all vendors/options related to operational projects that involve systems and provide summarized comparisons of all facets including cost, resources required, implementation timelines, etc.
  • Create a strategic plan to identify and address opportunities for capacity improvement through reduction of manual processes where system approaches are reasonable
  • Design a formal process to regularly communicate the status of all open projects

Internal Reporting

  • Responsible for the creation, accuracy and completeness of all internal reporting
  • Involve users in testing and validation of information provided by IT
  • Train users comprehensively on reporting tools to expand reporting competency within the company

Team Development

  • Provide direction and design work structure that provides the best utilization of team members' skills (team is currently only 2, including this position)
  • Mentor team member to expand his/her effectiveness within the company and help him/her meet personal career goals


  • Help develop a budget that is conscientious of cost and accounts for new/projected initiatives
  • Assess current cost of IT services and products and make recommendations for cost savings

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Requires reasonable manual dexterity.


BA / BS degree in computer science, information systems, finance or related field

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
